Actifirm

Marketing itself as a high class anti aging company, Actifirm claims they use the top natural ingredients in their products. They tell consumers their product will rebuild skin structure, eliminate wrinkles, and restore the skin’s youthful appearance. It uses a cleanser, a peel, a mask, and an eye cream to name a few. These products are sold mostly through medical spas, which are spas run under the supervision of a licensed physician. Their main ingredient used to set them apart from competitors is a derivative of the Mucor Miehei Mushroom, called Actizyme. They also use other ingredients such as algae and Japanese green tea.
All of Actifirm’s ingredients are natural, and they have been shown to benefit the skin. Being that they sell mostly through medical spas, it seems the medical community, or at least part of it, feels comfortable or neutral about endorsing these products above others. They have also been designed to minimize side effects and to be useful for the sensitive skinned individual.
While Actifirm claims Actizyme to be their main and signature ingredient, you don’t find it until you make it half way down the ingredient list. Most companies put their most important ingredients first in line. They seem to require that you buy their entire line to gain the benefits, and there does not seem to be a money back guarantee.
Actifirm does not provide one main product for the busy user. They also lack a few ingredients I would expect in a “high class” anti aging product. And there are certainly products easier to find that would provide the same benefits as Actifirm with half the hassle.
