Dremu Oil

Dremu Oil, as the name suggests, claims to be made up of 100% Emu oil. It claims to be a “miracle” serum designed to stimulate collagen production and the turnover rate of skin. It is said to “hydrate, calm, and assist with rough patches.”

Dremu Oil can be purchased directly through the official website as well as through a number of third party sellers. It is backed by multiple celebrity testimonials and it offers a 100% money back guarantee. Emu oil is also known to have anti inflammatory properties and to reduce scar formation.

Emu Oil has been used for multiple purposes, such as the relief of burns, wounds, bruises, and as a pain reliever. But there is no research whatsoever to indicate its usefulness in anti wrinkle treatments, let alone in increasing the turnover rate of the skin or production of collagen. For the most part, it is used as a strong moisturizer in the cosmetic industry. It is not sold anywhere but the internet it seems, and I would be interested to find out where they get the sole ingredient for their product, emu oil. Emus are known to be highly elusive and difficult to catch in their native Australia, not to mention dealing with animal rights organizations such as Peta.

Everybody makes claims, often enough outrageous claims, about their products. It’s only natural I suppose. But Dremu has a special place in my heart, being that they use one ingredient, which they claim stimulates the growth of collagen….except for one thing, nobody else even speculates about its use in that area….at all. Everything else aside, a formula comes down to its ingredients. Let’s suppose they could get that amount of Emu oil on a regular basis. It’s a high powered moisturizer used for wounds and burns, not a collagen synthesizer, not a powerful anti wrinkle ingredient, etc. So while I am highly entertained by their claims and maybe even wishes, there’s nothing credible about Dremu oil.
