- Get Reading Glasses!
Some of us continue to squint either due to pride or because we just don’t think about it. So if you are having trouble seeing, get yourself a pair of reading glasses, which will help you to avoid repetitive facial movements such as squinting, which overworks facial muscles and creates wrinkles.
