Skinlastin

Skinlastin claims that you will finally be able to reduce and eliminate your wrinkles. Apparently you can achieve even and beautiful skin tones and otherwise the benefits you are looking for in any skin or wrinkle cream for that matter. They come from a larger parent company called Dermagevity and claim to be “reclaiming your beauty through science.”
They don’t really give you a specific focus as far as the ingredients, talking about all the benefits, but not really why it works that way. Ironically, they really could considering a great number of their ingredients are peptides, the ingredients that are known to produce more collagen and elastin. So you have to question why they have basically ignored those ingredients.
While they publish some studies conducted, they don’t actually have the clinically proven concentrations of said ingredients to produce greater results. This being said, they have higher concentrations of ingredients like water and some fillers that can actually cause more damage to the skin than good. This is definitely not what the average consumer is bargaining for to say the least.
Yes, moisturizing does maintain skin to some degree. It could be said that realistically speaking, they do have the right ingredients. But without the right amounts and frankly without anything that would really reverse aging, why would you buy this product. When you consider all the possible side effects, why would you even consider this product for a second? We would recommend finding something else.

I ordered skinlastin via the net as I live in SA and it’s not available here, I normally used to use La Mer, but was looking for something different. I have found that skinlastin has dried my skin out and I have not seen any benefit. I stopped using it after 1 week as it made my skin feel terrible and dry, I will now go back to my trusted Creme de la mer.
